Question 1

Do you provide local fixer services in Porto and Portugal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Local fixing is one of our primary core services. We provide international production companies, broadcasters, commercial directors, and agencies with rapid location scouting, municipal permits, local crew sourcing, cinema equipment rentals, ATA Carnet customs clearance, bilingual fixers, and agile problem-solving across Porto, the Douro Valley, and throughout Portugal.

Question 2

What does your production assistance service cover?

Accepted Answer

Our production assistance covers full line production support: budgeting breakdowns, daily call sheets, film crew contracting, cinema equipment dry-hire coordination (ARRI, RED, Sony Venice), production office setup, mobile makeup/wardrobe trailers, location management, and transparent post-production wrap accounting.

Question 3

Can you source bilingual local film crew in Portugal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Portugal boasts an outstanding pool of English- and French-speaking film technicians. We source and contract Directors of Photography (DP), focus pullers, gaffers, grips, sound recordists with multitrack gear, art directors, wardrobe stylists, and experienced production assistants, taking care of all contracts and local administration.

Question 4

What transport coordination and fleet options do you provide?

Accepted Answer

We manage full transport coordination with a fleet of executive Mercedes S-Class, E-Class, V-Class (extra-long 7-seaters), VIP Sprinters, and box trucks with hydraulic tailgates for heavy cinema gear. All drivers are professional, bilingual, and sign strict NDAs. We also coordinate tarmac airport fast-track and Douro river water taxis.

Question 5

How do you handle group logistics for large delegations and crews?

Accepted Answer

We engineer large group logistics from 50 to 500+ participants: dedicated airport meet-and-greet lounges at Porto Airport (OPO), coordinated executive touring coaches (30–55 seats), live GPS fleet dispatch, police escorts, synchronized hotel check-in key distribution, and secure luggage transfer trucks.

Question 6

Can you assist with accommodation sourcing and hotel buyouts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Thanks to preferred institutional partnerships across Porto and the Douro Valley, we negotiate corporate room blocks, complete boutique palace buyouts, luxury vineyard quintas, and crew housing with flexible cancellation terms, early hot breakfast hours, and dedicated VIP hospitality desks.

Question 7

What catering and restaurant booking services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We provide full culinary management: exclusive restaurant buyouts across Porto, VIP priority dining reservations at Michelin-starred venues, private resident chefs for villas, and mobile production catering trucks providing healthy, delicious hot meals on set with strict compliance for dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, halal, allergens).

Question 8

What curated experiences can you organize in Porto and the Douro?

Accepted Answer

We curate off-market private experiences: chartered vintage wooden yacht cruises on the Douro River, after-hours vintage Port wine tastings with head winemakers, private architecture tours led by university scholars, helicopter flights, and artisan workshops (tile painting, gold filigree).

Question 9

How do you coordinate event logistics and technical staging?

Accepted Answer

Our in-house technical directors manage turnkey event logistics: 3D spatial renders, certified high-density LED walls, acoustic engineering, electrical power distribution with silent generators, municipal fire and safety clearances, registration QR desks, and live show direction.

Question 10

What VIP concierge and bespoke lifestyle services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Our 24/7 VIP concierge operates under strict NDA confidentiality for high-profile figures and executives: private jet and turboprop charters, helicopter transfers directly to private vineyard helipads, licensed close-protection security officers, rare vintage car rentals, and after-hours access to national monuments.

Question 11

Do you work outside Porto?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Porto is our operational headquarters, but our team operates throughout Northern Portugal (Douro Valley, Minho, Braga, Guimarães, Aveiro, Viana do Castelo) and coordinates projects across all of Portugal, including Lisbon, the Alentejo, and the Algarve.

Question 12

Can you handle services natively in English, French, and Portuguese?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our team is fully trilingual. We brief, communicate, and draft all budgets, production decks, call sheets, and contractual documents natively in English, French, and European Portuguese.
